How We Interview
We believe that if we hire great people and involve them in the hiring process, then we’ll attract more great people. We look for:
We’ll want to know if you have the chops to tackle different situations when managing a virtual or on-site team. This might be by asserting a leadership role at work or with an organization, or by helping a team succeed when you weren’t officially appointed as the leader.
We’re looking for people who have a variety of strengths and passions, not narrow skill sets. We’ll be looking to check your experience in healthcare, to see if you understand the market and where it’s heading.
