How We Interview

Leadership: We want to know if you have the skills to lead a team, whether it’s in a virtual or on-site setting. This could mean taking on a leadership role at work or within an organization or simply helping a team succeed without being appointed as the leader.

Role-related knowledge: We value people who have a variety of strengths and passions, not narrow skill sets. We’ll be looking to assess your experience in the healthcare industry and your understanding of the market and where it’s headed.

Problem-solving approach: We’ll ask you questions that provide insight into how you approach problem-solving. We’re interested in understanding your thought process.

Corporate and Social Responsibility

We are deeply committed to corporate and social responsibility. Our team members have donated hours of community service to the Chicago Food Bank, funded Martha’s Village (a nonprofit that works with mothers and children) and supported causes to prevent world hunger and promote education.
