He is a recognized market leader and growth driver, having launched new services and scaled operations to significantly grow advisory services practices. He brings significant experience in architecting innovative solutions and championing large-scale business transformation initiatives for clients across the healthcare industry.
As Senior Vice President, Services and Solutions at Gray Matter Analytics, Mr. Kaiser designs and delivers advisory services that help transform healthcare organizations into data and insights-driven enterprises.
Prior to joining Gray Matter, he served as Vice President, Advisory Services with Optum, where he led large-scale advances in the data and analytics capabilities of clients across the healthcare payor industry. For 16 years prior, he was a principal with Ernst & Young where he lead the healthcare risk advisory services practice and served as global coordinating partner for national priority healthcare clients.
Mr. Kaiser holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance, as well as an MBA in Risk Management and Finance, both from the University of Wisconsin.
