Shaun Flanagan is a senior healthcare business executive, consultant and growth strategist with over 20 years of identifying market-centric business growth opportunities and delivering revenue while driving strategic objectives. He blends subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and a bias for action to deliver results.

As Vice President, Sales and Alliances at Gray Matter Analytics, Mr. Flanagan is focused on helping clients transform into data-driven organizations, utilizing analytics to improve outcomes across clinical, financial and operational teams. His expertise has provided healthcare organizations with the opportunity to implement innovative technology solutions to solve business challenges, increase revenue and optimize efficiency. 

Mr. Flanagan has held leadership roles at Optum, Deloitte Consulting and Hitachi Data Systems. While at Optum, Shaun was a member of the Advisory Services Payer Leadership team and led the expansion of its HealthEdge practice and Payer Growth team, driving business development, new offerings development, and cross-selling Optum products and services. At Deloitte, Shaun was a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare leadership team, and successfully delivered on transformational engagements for several Blues plans. 

He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
