Senior Manager, Sales and Strategic Alliances

The Senior Manager – Sales and Strategic Alliances will be a key leader and participant on the Sales Team. This leader will be primarily responsible for supporting the development of new client relationships, growing pipeline, developing strategic alliances and closing-winning deals that contribute to the overall company growth goals.
We’re looking for a strong team player, who has expertise in delivering client engagements and establishing new client relationships. If you’ve got experience identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and developing winning proposals that sell services and solutions, you can help us achieve our growth goals. You would be a good fit for this position if you can deliver new prospects and support them through delivery and all the way to helping expand Gray Matter’s footprint within that account! Aside from having proven sales and business development skills, you are also skilled in nurturing strategic alliances, leveraging partnerships to support robust pipeline development and joint solution offerings. You’ll put your healthcare and data and analytics experience to work building mutually beneficial offerings from partners to complement Gray Matter’s core solutions and services. You’re a team player and can also work independently with minimal guidance and oversight. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed.
Your ability to support multiple client pursuits with competing, together program- or project-level leadership on business transformation initiatives and the ability to work in a matrixed environment make this an ideal position for you.
