Cleonta Jackson is the HR and Recruiting Manager at Gray Matter Analytics. She is responsible for leading recruiting requirements and on-boarding of new team members.
Prior to Gray Matter Analytics, Cleonta specialized in commercial banking and people management at US Bank. While working her way up from teller, personal banker to manager, Cleonta developed a knack for compliance, sales, human resources and hiring. Expanding her expertise in relationship building, sales and recruiting allowed her to move into a Senior Sales Executive role at Marcus Evans and later a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek Staffing. At Aerotek she was involved in the company’s mission to increase Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
Cleonta is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Art in Journalism and Communication and Master’s in Adult Education and Training.
