Novella Tascoe

Novella Tascoe is an accomplished and innovative healthcare management professional and strategic business development consultant with 15 years of experience. She has an exceptional and proven track record of success spanning several distinct modalities. She is a respected authority and expert resource in the following four areas: public health and policy, project management, startups and launches and business development.

As Director, Services and Solutions at Gray Matter, Ms. Tascoe focuses on leading client engagements and implementations for our value-based care (VBC) solutions. She brings significant experience in VBC and serves as the VBC Lead for the team.

Prior to joining Gray Matter, Ms. Tascoe served as Director of CMS Innovations and Value-Based Care at JPS Health Network where she led the Network’s efforts in developing value-based programs and services for a variety of patient populations. She was also at Deloitte, where she provided operational and strategic consulting services for health systems across the country.

Ms. Tascoe holds a JD and MSHA from Georgia State University College of Law and College of Business. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP).
